I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength & Conditioning Association, Athletic Trainer by the National Athletic Trainers Association Board of Certification, Personal Trainer by the National Council on Strength & Fitness. I am also Club Coach Certified by United States of America Weightlifting Federation.
