I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength & Conditioning Association, Athletic Trainer by the National Athletic Trainers Association Board of Certification, Personal Trainer by the National Council on Strength & Fitness. I am also Club Coach Certified by United States of America Weightlifting Federation. I earned both my Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training and Masters of Science in Strength & Conditioning from Bridgewater State College in Massachusetts.
